Probably the 2nd largest agency in the area, you will receive a 35/35 commission split and ownership interest in business that comes with you. Additionally, when your book reaches $500k commission you can be invited to join an exclusive summit-type club and will participate in profit-sharing bonuses that could add another 10-15 points to your income.
Client is well recognized and full service, and the ownership understands all the trials/tribulations a Producer goes through as they actually maintain their own large books, as well.
You'll be responsible for bringing your current business and support staff (if needed) and continuing to pursue new business sales opportunities.
The client would like you to have a minimum of $300k commissions, or a track record of success that would quickly point in that direction.
